
Crochet is suddenly rather cool. Retail outlets have crocheted handbags, cardigans and skirts and it featured prominently in the MelbourneFashion Week. Here's a lovely use of crochet in an everyday kinda outfit:

But for those of you devoid of any crocheting skills, rest assured. One of my favourite blogs Crafting a Green World has a tutorial on how you can sew knitted an crocheted fabrics in clothing! Much easier! I've a few plans myself since I already recycle cross stitching and tapestries...
