Christmas Day...

Christmas day was good fun. My folks came over for late lunch.
The menu:

• antipasto entree
• roast tofurky
• roast free range chicken (for my parents)
• roast potatoes, pumpkin and kumera
• green beans
• carrots
• vegan gravy
• homemade stuffing
• plum pudding and custard (made by my brother who couldn't be there)
