After topping my scales at my heaviest ever (eek!) I have joined the gym. I'm working on my disordered eating through a group program at Latrobe and today I got my gym program. It involves exercise balls, cross trainer, weights, swimming and various methods of torture. It feels good to be doing something healthy for my body and my spirit.

how funny! yes i've been going to the gym, tomorrow i'm going to a bellydance class - should be funny as i'm totally uncoordinated. we'll see if i'm still laughing by the end.
