I've been off work today with a sore stomach and i had to go to get Floss some bunny hay so I popped into Savers. Here's what I got:

I'm torn between saving things for when Chris and I make a home together and using them now...Chris came over just now to see how I was before his rehearsal. He was quite tipsy after a fancy lunch with Tony Abbott as the guest speaker hehe...

Got some lovely trashy books at the library so am going to hop in the bath and chill out with a cup of tea and a biscuit...

ps-good news, a shop in perth wants to consign 10 cassette purses and 6 monkey badges!

-Organising the wedding! Well, more the engagement party really...
-Went to some Fringe Festival exhibitions including one of Furniture at Melb Museum where this was taken:

I organised my fabric (pics to come) and plan on putting my shop up (more info to come)...
Trying to detox and get some control over my eating which is not going so well...

Tired today. I think I will start another detox on the weekend....

Hangover's should be over

Geez what I busy week it's been socially...

Monday night Chris and I went and saw Bourne Ultimatium as I got cheap tickets through work. It was ok, suitably action packed for Chris to laugh at me...Tuesday night I went to the Villa Maria launch and was very proud of the kudos Chris got for his multimedia work.

Wednesday chilled at home with Casey.

Last night I rode a bike for the first time in about 15 years down to the Brunswick Library with Chris to go to a slide show on Brunswick pre- 1939. Quite interesting.

After a stiff glass of wine at home to recover from the bike ride, Chris and I and Casey went to Edinburgh Castle to see the delectable Ned Collette Band. Glorious as always but i somehow got inadvertently smashed. oh well!

Tonight i'm going to chill at home and sew....tomorrow birthday lunch for Danny then onto a BBQ at Cara's then games night at Sheree's. Busy!

Sunday my folks are having coffee with us so that Chris can ask Norm for his blessing (yes you read right) then onto High Vibes festival with Christina, Coz, Sheree and various others....

Getting interviewed next week about the craft fair which will be exciting...

Thursday is closer to friday....

Bored at work. the students are playing really loud hip hop outside and it is too loud to concentrate... Chris wants to have an engagement party. I've never been to one so I'm not sure how it all works....seems a bit formal and mainstream really... Gotta make another podiatry appointment as the bones in my feet are hurting again. Got a heap of cassettes last night which is awesome and I'm working on a couple of colouring in books with Chris... Things i like: snuggling in bed waking up on a weekend and not having to go to work hot cups of early grey tea vintage fabric Flossie's wriggly bunny nose thinking of Chris pansies pedicures cute rabbit finger puppet knowing that someone I love loves me back,,,,, Pics... Current Mood: calm
